Dear Colleagues,

The 12th International Congress of Pelviperineology and Regenerative Medicine will be held under the joint auspices of the International Society of Pelviperineology (ISPP) and the Turkish Society of Urogynecology from October 31 to November 2, 2025, at the Lazzoni Hotel in Istanbul, an ancient city located at the crossroads of continents.

Not only all problems of the pelvic floor (urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fistulas, etc.), but also female genital aesthetic interventions (surgical and non-surgical), mesh and rope surgeries in prolapse, sexual dysfunction, regenerative medicine applications in gynecology, healthy aging and menopause, postpartum bleeding, laparoscopic urogynecology and vNOTES will be presented by the best foreign / local physicians in the field in course format.

We are expecting a very high number of participants and we highly value the contribution of the industry to our congress. Our companies, which are an important stakeholder of knowledge transfer, will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and explain their products during the flow of our comprehensive scientific program. The Congress will be held in Turkish. For foreign participants there will be Turkish-English Simultaneous translation. Simultaneous English-Turkish interpretation will be provided for the presentations of foreign guests.

Badges must be warn during all sessions, social activities and exhibitions. All participants who have finalized their registration may receive their badges from the registration desk together with all other documents. Those who wishes to register onsite will also receive their badges from the desk.

All registered participants upon request has the right to ask for a letter of invitation. This invitation can only be used to facilitate permission to participate from their institution.

Certificate of participation will be given to all registered participants of the congress. Certificates will be distributed on the 3rd day of the congress.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation requests must be notified in writing via e-mail ([email protected]) by August 31, 2025. Cancellation requests not notified in writing will not be taken into consideration.
  • If cancellation requests are notified until August 31, 2025, 50% will be refunded.
  • No refund will be made if cancellation requests are notified after August 31, 2025. Name changes can be made after this date.

POINTS TO CONSIDER AND SUBMISSION RULES DURING THE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION PROCESS

Abstracts must be submitted online using the abstract submission system and in ENGLISH. Abstracts submitted via email or postal mail independently of the system, or those not in English, will not be accepted. Since abstracts submitted online will be printed as submitted if accepted, care must be taken to avoid spelling errors.

Papers to be presented at the conference should be in the form of experimental studies, clinical studies, and original case presentations, contribute to scientific development, and convey a message of results. Since abstracts submitted online will be printed as submitted, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for all spelling errors.

Writing Rules

  1. Abstracts will be collected through the online abstract submission system.
  2. Academic titles should not be used in author names.
  3. Names should be written in lowercase letters with only the first letter capitalized.
  4. The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be specified.
  5. Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are an exception.)
  6. If abbreviations are used in the abstract, their full names should be indicated in parentheses.
  7. The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the study and the methods used, summarize the findings with sufficient numerical detail, and explain the conclusions based on the findings presented.
  8. The abstract should use the headings: purpose, methods, findings, and conclusions.
  9. The entire abstract, excluding the title and author's name, should not exceed 500 words.

Any abstract that does not comply with these requirements will be excluded from evaluation regardless of its content.

Evaluation of Abstracts

The evaluation will be conducted by the Abstract Evaluation Committee via the internet, keeping the names and affiliations of the researchers confidential. In order for an abstract to be considered for evaluation, the author must complete their conference registration by September 30, 2025, at the latest. The evaluation results will be sent to all authors in the form of a written notification.
