The Congress will be held in Turkish. For foreign participants there will be Turkish-English Simultaneous translation. Simultaneous English-Turkish interpretation will be provided for the presentations of foreign guests.

Badges must be warn during all sessions, social activities and exhibitions. All participants who have finalized their registration may receive their badges from the registration desk together with all other documents. Those who wishes to register onsite will also receive their badges from the desk.

All registered participants upon request has the right to ask for a letter of invitation. This invitation can only be used to facilitate permission to participate from their institution.

Certificate of participation will be given to all registered participants of the congress. Certificates will be distributed on the 3rd day of the congress.

Registration fees do not include taxes, 20% VAT will be added.
Registration fees include name badge, participation in the scientific program, participation certificate, entrance to the congress stand area, coffee breaks and lunches during the congress.
Your registration will be finalized by depositing the fees to the relevant accounts and sending the receipts to Figur Congress via e-mail ([email protected]).
In order to pay by credit card, you need to fill in the Mail-Order form that will be sent by the organization secretariat.
Figur Congress reserves the right to reflect the changes in the possible tax, fee and duty amounts to the prices.
Registrations made until August 31, 2026 will be accepted as early registration if payments are completed.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation reqests must be submitted in written format via e-mail at ( [email protected] ) by August 31, 2026. Cancellation requests that are not sumbitted in written format will not be taken into consideration.
50% percent of the total amount will be refunded in case of a written cancelation request submitted until August 31,2026.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after August 31, 2026. After this date, registrations may only be transferred to another name.
All refunds will be made after the end of the congress within the framework of the specified conditions.

Abstract Submission

Submission of abstracts must be completed online via the congress website: https://pelviperineologycongress.org/eng This is the only accepted method of submission. Abstracts sent via e-mail or postal mail will not be considered. The online abstract submission system (AbstractAgent) can be accessed through the congress website.

Instructions for Authors

Abstracts will be collected through the online submission system.

Abstracts should be prepared in English.
Title should be short, explanatory and not more than 10 words.
Academic titles should not be used for author names.

Authors' names, surnames, institutes, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses should be mentioned on the “Authors' Part”
Full institutional names and addresses must be clearly stated. Example: Xxxx University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Xxxx, Istanbul, Türkiye
Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (except for abbreviations). If abbreviations are used, the full term must be provided in parentheses at first mention.
The objective and methods should be briefly stated, results should be presented with sufficient numerical detail, and conclusions should be clearly drawn from the findings.
Abstracts must include the following sections:
1. Aim
2. Materials and Methods
3. Results
4. Discussion and Conclusion(s)
5. Keywords
6. References

A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords should be provided
A maximum of 5 references may be included.
Case reports should include the following sections: a) Aim b) Case c) Discussion and Conclusion(s) e) Keywords f) References.
The reference list should be revised and formatted according to the same citation style.
List all authors when six or fewer; when seven or more, list only the first three and add et al. Journal titles should be cited in full. The style of references and abbreviated titles of journals must follow that of Index Medicus or one of the examples illustrated below:
MacRae HM, McLeod RS. Comparison of haemorrhoid treatment modalities: a metanalysis. Dis Colon Rectum. 1995; 38: 687-94.
The abstract text (excluding title and author names) must not exceed 750 words.
Abstracts that do not comply with these requirements will be excluded from evaluation regardless of their content.

Abstract Evaluation

All abstracts will be evaluated online by the Scientific Committee through a blinded review process (author names and institutions will be concealed).

To be considered for evaluation:

At least one of the authors listed in the study must be registered with Figure Tourism, even if they are a scientific committee member.

Abstracts must comply with the submission guidelines and format. Non-compliant abstracts will be rejected without review.

The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide whether accepted abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations. In case of rejection, the congress registration fee will be refunded. Evaluation results will be communicated to all authors, and authors should carefully follow the final decision regarding presentation format. Time and length of the oral presentations will be announced after acceptance of the abstracts.

Abstracts accepted for the congress will be published in the congress special issue of ‘Pelviperineology: A Multidisciplinary Pelvic Floor Journal’, which is indexed in international databases.
